As we know all too well, many of us follow the “average American diet”, which consists of many refined and processed foods, some of which have limited nutritional value. Many are not eating enough fresh foods that are naturally high in nutrients like vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that help the body thrive and maintain health. Most people would benefit from supplementing their diets in order to bridge this nutritional gap.
So, what do we recommend? Here is our list of daily supplements that will help keep you healthy and well. As you probably already know, we use Standard Process supplements in the office due to their high quality and natural ingredients.
